It's a promo to generate viewership and show a highlight arc so they need to make sure loads of people see it that's why it takes a while for it to actually happen. If they put out a promo today and show the actual episode tomorrow the non-daily viewers whom they are trying to attract may not get a chance to know about the interesting turn in events.

Earlier when used to watch... YT pe Ad lie ke liye galliya bhari hoti thi 90% comments mein.. n Adi ko theek hai samjh sakte hai but why PPL cursed n bashed Imlie.. bura lagta tha..
