I'm confused, how is it it's up to Aditya to decide whether or not to prosecute Malini and send her to jail for her crimes? She has committed crimes, and many crimes to boot, so isn't it the law that decides whether to press charges on her or not?

See, Malini can file a case against the Tripathi's for physical abuse, but Aditya can file a case against Malini for rape.

Aditya won't do it because she is pregnant. But the Tripathi's can file a case against Anu because the drug Malini had used had been supplied by Anu.

Anu can in turn file a case against the Tripathis for mentally and physically torturing her daughter.

But yeah, Imlie, Imlie has a whole list of people she can file a case against.

Malini - Attempted Murder.

Anu - Kidnapping, Attempted Murder and Sexual Harassment.

Aditya - Mental Torture, Defamation and Character Assassination.

Tripathis - Physical and Mental Torture.

So, if you want these people to leave her alone, let's pray Imlie gets a little sense in her, and she does file these cases against them.

Yeah, I did not forget bigamy, but I don't think Aditya and Imlie's marriage was registered anywhere? Because Aryan didn't know about Imlie being Aditya's wife, but he knew about Malini being his ex-wife.

So, for bigamy, there was no legal registered marriage, and we don't take cases we can't win baby.
