So much happened in the episode today!!!

Today was the first time that Abhi suggested something to his dad instead of threatening or demanding. He said he is suggesting him to take Akshara back, and his father agreed. This is such a huge shift in their dynamic. Abhi is becoming so much less impulsive, and in turn, Harsh is reciprocating. Excited to see their bond continue to deepen.

Akshu again is blaming herself for everything that happened. And if we think about it from her perspective, she is not wrong. This is how she has been conditioned, and this is her natural coping mechanism. She takes everything upon herself. And, from her POV, Manish was stressed because of her going against him and the constant fights. The poor girl needs to understand that not everything bad that happens to her family is because of her. Swarna saw that today, and she reassured her. She said she should be happy that her Abhi saved her Bade Papa. Everyone has accepted Abhira now…only Manish is left.

Akshu suggests Anisha to apologize to Mahima, which results in Mahima getting angry and bashing Akshu. Yesterday, we saw Mahima against Abhi, and now she is against Akshu too. Again, no character is white or black in this show. The shifting dynamics are so clearly visible. Now that Manish will agree, she will be the next one to create trouble.

Akshu uses Abhi’s stethoscope to listen to Manish’s heartbeat and says his heart beats only for his family. Abhi takes it and puts it on his own heart, saying that his heart beats for her too. Again, Abhi can sense that Akshu is drowning in guilt… and he is getting scared. Scared that Akshu will leave him behind in her guilt once again. He wants to remind her of their love and that it should be on equal footing with her love for her family. It was a cute scene when both of them were giving each other credit for saving Manish’s life.

Manish wakes up and refuses to let Abhi touch him, but Abhi loses his cool and says that he is his doctor, and he has to respect him. Aarohi tells bade papa that he has to listen to Dr. Abhimanyu too, and I loved that part. Personal and private should be separated. At the hospital, Abhi needs to be treated with respect. Manish then listens and respects Abhi.

Bade papa is speaking softly with Akshu…telling everyone he envisioned them as he was about to die. Leaving everything aside, this man truly deeply loves his family. That cannot be doubted. He tells everyone else to leave the room, and says to Mimi and Swarna that he just wants his kids to be happy. He has accepted Abhira. He just needs to admit it and tell everyone now. Life or death experiences like this completely change our perspective on life.

Now, for the bench scene. I absolutely loved it. Akshu always bottles her emotions inside, but today, she felt comfortable enough to pour her entire heart out to Abhi. This shows how comfortable she is with him… she has never been this vulnerable with anyone else. She thinks that if Manish had died, he would have left with the pain she caused him. She isn’t blaming Abhi….or their love…she is blaming herself. Because, she feels that she has disappointed her family. All throughout this scene, Abhi is getting angry and scared. He is so deeply traumatized from the tilak and having almost lost Akshu, that he thinks she will do the same again. And that is so valid. That is his deepest fear. What he does not understand is that the wound of almost losing her father figure is still fresh in her mind. She is just pouring out her sadness… but he is misinterpreting that to mean that she is blaming him and their love for all problems. This is her nature…to take things upon herself…and when you have been conditioned in this way, it takes time to change. Neither one of them is wrong. They need to work this out together. He needs to understand that he needs to be patient with Akshu, and Akshu needs to understand how deeply she hurt Abhi. She keeps talking about her 2 worlds of love vs. family…but the two need not be seperate. Abhi’s response will be tomorrow!

In the precap, it is the same, but Manish has arrived to the Birlas. He will accept the relationship….and now, it is on Abhira to talk openly and resolve their issues before the shaadi is finally fixed!

So it looks like Mahima is again showing her split tendencies. Yesterday she was triggered on the professional front with Abhi and today she barked at Akshara for getting involved in a personal matter. I think Mahima will eventually come around with Anisha because if she didn't care she wouldn't always get teary-eyed when she talks to her daughter. There is anger for sure but I do believe deep down there is love there.

In the coming episodes I have a feeling Akshara is going to start learning more and more about the Birlas and their family dynamics. Why the Birla kids for the most part have to fend for themselves, why they act the way they do, and why they have given up on certain family relationships.

As for Abhira upcoming tiff I'm reserving my thoughts once Abhi speaks his mind.

I dont want them to get married that soon either... I want them to have a dating phase... understand each other and when they get married its solid... I want them to reach the mandap in a slow and steady fashion...

Akshu’s “mere apne” dialogue hurt Abhi more than anything else. That is the crux of this episode. Akshu is not wrong in thinking about her family but how she handled this situation looks entirely incorrect uptil now …might change tomorrow since that scene is still going on but if she can’t recognize that Abhi is her apna as much as her family then I feel sorry for her…btw Only Apney can scold bade papa like that n bade papa will listen to them like how abhi scolded him n he complied
