Abhi thanks AG for letting him go, even though he did not do anything wrong. This shows how pure hearted he is. He will respect elders even if they don’t respect him. The scene of Abhi thanking Manjari and Akshu was so sweet. He takes Akshu’s hand and Majari’s saree and says as long as he has both of them, nothing can happen to him. They are his shields…and they are the same. They will remain calm, silent…but they won’t let even the slightest scratch come to their Abhi. This is also foreshadowing, because he know that the day loses either one of them, he will break. Again, to me, this foreshadows the adoption kaand and how it will shatter Abhi’s reality…and then Akshu’s hand will be the one to pick him back up.
Manish talking to Kartik and Naira’s photo today was really sad. His ego has gotten to his head, and his actions are unacceptable, but he does love Akshu and his family with his entire heart. He feels that he has failed Akshu by not keeping her happy, but he needs to understand that her happiness is with Abhi.
Akshu looks at Abhi before answering Aarohi’s call, from Bade Papa’s phone. She wants to make sure it is okay with him, as she knows Manish has done wrong by him. This was such a small, yet powerful moment. To me, again, it shows that Akshu is not letting Abhi go this time. She will have her family and her Abhi both. And she will not tolerate his disrespect no matter what.
On the bike ride to the hospital, Abhi keeps making sure that Akshu is holding onto him. She has a minor panic attack, but he calms her down right away. How far we have come since her first few panic attacks. Now, holding onto Abhi is enough for her. He is truly her safe space. HC was amazing in this scene…he kept looking back in the mirror to make sure that Akshu was ok. She was about to fall off at one point, but Abhi saved her and kept her glued to him. In this track, Akshu will become guilty for Manish’s condition, but Abhi’s love won’t let her let him go this time. I am sure of it.
Manish remembering family moments in the car was really touching. Again, he is melting. All this man wants is for his family to be happy, but he has gone so terribly wrong in the course of his feuds and ego.
Abhi returns to the hospital as a consultant doctor to operate on Manish, and even now, he is certain in his love. He tells Akshu that he needs to get beat up by Manish and hear more insults, so Manish cannot leave the world so soon. This man has a heart of gold. He does not even care about everything that Manish put him through.
As expected, Harsh is using this situation to try to get Abhi back into the hospital by telling Akshu how all of this could have been avoided had Abhi not left. He is using this opportunity, but he also was genuinely concerned today and treated the Goenkas with respect during this difficult situation.
Then- the best moment of the entire episode- Manish hallucinates that Abhi is Kartik and calls him beta. This was so symbolic. His acceptance of Abhi will happen any day now. Since the beginning, Manish has seen pieces of Kartik in Abhi…and today, that was portrayed so beautifully. Abhi went along with it and said that his beta is here and he won’t let anything happen to him. This bond is going to be amazing to see. Even during this moment, Abhi says that Manish cannot leave before doing kanyadaan. He is firm on his path, and nothing can separate him from Akshu..
At the very end of the episode, Akshu asks Kairav if this is their fault. It is natural for Akshu to go into guilt mode, because that is how she has lived her entire life. She is not going to sacrifice Abhi this time, and she has made it very clear. Even if her and Abhi agree to give each other distance after Manish’s surgery, Manish will soon melt. Again, this is the final stretch.
In the precap, they are of course trying to create drama and lure the audience, so Manish isn’t doing well, Akshu is singing, Abhi hears her, and all of a sudden Akshu coughs and falls to the ground…and Abhi comes out of the OT. He will likely come out after a successful operation, and they have glued bits and pieces of the episode in this way.

Just another thing the focus on thier bike ride was so beautiful, they time they were heading to their destination which is acceptance and there was no hurdle and love the shots of bike ride ❤️❤️❤️
