With the kind of calm, precision they act and in absolute resonance they are with their characters is just phenomenal. They are really good as ram and priya. Ther are breathing these characters on set in true sense.
I have seen a lot of nakuul's work but this is the first time I have seen disha's show so I'm just amazed at her as well.
When Ram will finally realise what Priya has done for him, his understanding of Priya will change. Priya has always been a person who is understanding, mature, respecting but very expressive for things she dislikes even at the expense of hurting others but now he will see a priya who is as sensitive, emotional and sacrificing as him when it comes to people she calls family.
This will make him realise that now for Priya ram is family, he is part of her inner circle because the priya he married wouldn't have done it but it was a major step up in their relationship. It means that she has accepted him as hers now bss realisation hona baki hai ab.
Thank you to all who read my ramblings and gave me a warm welcome here. It has been a long time since I have even discussed anything. My biggest problem is I need to put my thoughts (if I have one) on paper and this thread gave me that opportunity. So, thank you, everyone, a lot. 🤗 🤗 🤗
Now what I wanted to say is that Vedika actually is needed at KM not only for viewers but also for the characters in the show. The reason is that we and everyone need to see Ram's transition from Vedika worship without them knowing. They need to show how Ram has moved on. It is needed because in the early episodes, Ram was all Vedika whereas now for Ram she doesn't exist. Yes, her presence is irritable, I know, but from a writer's perspective, they need to show how Priya has entered Ram's soul under the very nose of Vedika's presence.
Subconsciously, Priya will also realize how Ram has moved on from Vedika (I still feel it was infatuation). Everything he does in KM and his life only revolves around Priya and NOT Vedika. Once Priya comes to know about Ram's ex, she will be confident that Ram in fact has moved on.
If I am reading the writers well, then this is my opinion.
@Ritika: yes, Pri has accepted but she needs to learn how Ram is all hers even after his statement that his heart is locked. For this, we need Vedika at KM and I think all these episodes from Diwali are for that purpose.
P.S. Oh look at the dining table episode of croissant. When R came to know that it was made by P, then he took one more and when he walked out he looked at N and then P and left the scene. He didn't even once put his gaze at V. I personally loved that scene. Very very subtle but absolute worthy. I saw a major symbolism there and I was correct there because it happened in the accident.
