In case of Akriti, I think he views it as more professional manner (baring that cafe scene where he allowed Akriti to gossip over Gungun). Though I feel it was much better controlled this time when he told her to mind her business in terms of focusing on her projects as opposed to Gungun-related matters. I think he has already started being attached to her or to consider her as his would be wife/ fiancee regardless of the deal.

Like feeling uneasy when she cries, taunting and jumping into conversations with her, teasing her about her clapping / singing, asking who gave her a knife 😆

Yes, surprisingly he has been more tolerant to Gungun's bratty nature. Now he even handles her almost perfectly.
