Abhi saw his hand was paining and he informed akshu to get the test done in the morning. I did not see any scene or any mention of it if she did that or i might have missed that scene.

Arohi also knew manish has some health issues she could have also proactively done something considering her expertise in medical field or avoided her plotting but even she was busy with her things.

Abhi also as he was too much busy with standing up for his love he forgot about manish's health.

Manish himself is responsible for all this as his ego is giving him too much stress.

I can't blame kairav as he was unaware of all this.

Considering abhi's control over manish's buisness due to manish's hatred towards him he might not be able to suggest those tests directly to him or family.

Akshu and arohi could have acted bit more responsible in this.

Abhira celebrating valentine is not bad.. unless they knew manish is very serious and he is in hospital. But they should have been bit more responsible when they got to know about his arm ache is what i felt.

But other than that every character is frustrated except few we can't blame them much. 😆

It is just the course of nature. No one can cause a heart attack. Yes, Manish is stressed, but that is his own doing in my opinion. He is acting like a child, refusing to take his medicine, and unnecessatily calling the police and escalating situations. Even then, I won't blame him. It is just the course of nature. Just my point of view.
