old arshi ff help

I am in search of old arshi ff where khushi is going to wed Arnav's best friend but he doesn't show up on the wedding day leaving a note and Arnav offers his hand to khushi and they marry. Arnav is a business man and khushi I thinks starts working with him after marriage. The guy whom she was going to marry was a doctor. Anjali is wedded to Shyam who is a drug dealer and he had made the ex-fiance of khushi asked to not marry her. The ex returns but is disappointed she married his best friend. But cannot do anything.

I there was one incident where she was lightly stabbed in the back near a car in front of Arnav after marriage. And the people were most likely sent by Shyam.

That's all I remember. Any help is appreciated.
