he had a girlfriend before Sherlyn… that ex girlfriend met him at some party when he was engaged to Preeta .. Karan saw the girl and since he wanted to prove to Preeta’s family that Prithvi is a fraudster (he saw prithvi with a girl in a hotel but didn’t know it was sherlyn.. this is 3 year old and beginning of jasoosi in this show) he approached the ex girlfriend.. who was his fan .. and still very much in love with Prithvi so Karan convinced her that she can still woo Prithvi back… The girl did everything.. fake handbag snatching jiske chakkar me sameer bht pita …🤣 fir Prithvi and she was in room where Karan has planted a phone.. Prithvi and she were making up when Karan sent Preeta in .. but Prithvi cut the ex gf’s hand or neck and said that he was just bandaging her … this enraged the ex-gf who said she will expose him .. he then pays goons to threaten her … but somehow those goons end up killing her which is witnessed by Srishti… us murder ka na aj tk trial hua na koi pakda gya .. na srishti ne statement di .., us bechari ne free fokat me jaan gawayi Prithvi k piche …🤣
