Yaar it's something directly that people didn't liked the story as they can't take crappy vamika track and above that people were pissed about Anuj being on roads and above all he is not shown to have any back up plan.

Also, itna negetivity koi dekhna pasand nahi karta. That is the reason online trp bhi giri inki

Additionally, they never tried to promote the show.
