Thank you once again, Hari for the lovely review / update. And this new thread. Will comment once I post my thoughts.
Very sweet and emotionally touching episode that showed Dr Abhimanyu Birla, famous cardiologist, is indeed a man of heart. No flower or chocolate can come anywhere near the fragrance and sweetness he shared with his Akshu. No gift as invaluable as the one he gave her. And the best part is he didn’t enter the scene. He gave Akshara a complete mother-daughter moment while choosing to remain on the sidelines. Very tough to watch this and NOT remember / think of our own moms.
1. Manjari sang for this daughter of hers. Second time. First time, she sang because of Akshu and her encouragement. Now, she sang FOR her. Irrespective of what happens in the future, hope these two share this special bond and Akshara becomes the daughter who brings Manjari’s son back to her and reunites them once again.
2. A small moment - Akshara refusing to let Manjari touch her feet - so beautifully captured and enacted by both. I so loved it.
3. Gorilla fight gave me a nice chuckle.
4. Anisha and Kairav - actors need to seriously work on their chemistry. I know it’s still the beginning of their scenes together and I can’t compare Mayank and HC when it comes to acting but their emotions are yet to reflect in their eyes.
5. I guess going by what happened today and the precap, Akshu called out to Kairav from behind - which is generally not done - is an indication of something bad happening in the near future. Arohi and her jealousy is coming thru. She is fine with not having someone / something but can’t deal with others (esp Akshu) having it. So she is going to send Manish to the garden. Nice! This, I think, is going to be a minor / short separation (if at all there is going to be one). The way I see it, Manish will bring / drag both Kairav and Akshara back home and yells at Abhi to get out. Diamond head wala kaand will happen after that which will result in his heart-attack. Abhi treats him and maybe Harsh will counter Abhi saying he has to rejoin Birla Hospital if he wants to treat Manish and Abhi agrees without blinking an eye. If Harsh’s hand in all that mess comes out in front of Abhi, he will lash out against Para Birla once again and in parallel, Manish will melt. He has already begun to soften towards Akshara in the last few episodes. So we just need to hold on till Mahashiv ratri.
On a side note, I’m waiting for tomorrow’s Abhira song / dance. I love their emotional connect, no two-ways but I’m waiting to see their physical chemistry. Family show, I know. Me wanting to watch aside, it’s part of love, a natural extension of everything they feel for each other and should be shown. They need not show any PG 13+ content. These two are capable of doing a lot and letting our imaginations go Ishhhhh!!!, without doing anything more than an eyelock or forehead kiss.
