And honestly is it just me or this MS angle always comes across as so cringe and melodramatic. I don't know what it is, but Priya crying over him,every time saying mujhme unhi ka khoon hai, baddua and all, it just doesn't go with the whole vibe of the show. Just sounds too crass and MS's character doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Even him hating Priya the most amongst everyone doesn't. It just seems to be forced down our throats. I have seen many leads having issues with their parents but in this one I just cannot connect, don't know what exactly is amiss here. I don't even feel bad for Priya whenever she becomes emotional over this matter

Yup the overall setting of the show is quite urban as well as progressive. And this angle just doesn't go well with it. Also the writing is very lazy. There is a way they can show it but they way it has been executed its pure cringe.
