I think she caused her brother to run away with her constant taunts and created misunderstandings between Tej and Sunaina. She may have assumed he would go to a known place, lekin accident hua and wo gayab ho gaya. She may not have caused the physical accident or may have done so accidentally then admitted him to hospital post which he went away due to memory loss, lekin galti uski hi hogi.
