Fahmaan Khan glasses

Hi New to this forum and just watch Imlie intermittently - started due to Fahmaan khan really but Why is he wearing glasses everyday?

He has an actual injury so it could be to protect his eyes from the harsh lighting. The first few shots post injury it looks like he kept them on exclusively but they seem to be coming off here and there. Not sure if someone has more clear information but this is just an educated guess on my part.
