If deceased is Unidentified person-
As far as I know an unidentified person who is spot dead in accident site is cremated by police constable deputed for that purpose in the area limit with Revenue officer and Station officer as witnesses. All records will be maintained by clerk/constable of the police station and registrar of birth and death. They will never give original Death Certificate for any aire gaire ladki, even if they give they will always give duplicate copy. 😳
If the deceased is identified:
Identified means family is involved, go talk to them you Virks.. don't behave like fools. But I don't think there is any death ab toh family of the deceased would have come to claim the ex-gratia.🤓
In both cases they can go and check the validity of Death Certificate she is shoving at their faces as evidence. Who knows this stupid woman could have pushed an already dead person infront of the car to create a fake drama. I haven't watched the episode to be precise here did they show person dying or just narrated it.
