All of CSK and PK have exhausted their upper limit of players, and have 25 players each.
Lucknow Super Giants, on the other hand, have exhausted their budget, so they're out too. SRH have also practically exhausted their budget because they have only 10 lakh left, and the minimum base price is 20 lakh.
So it will be only Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Bangalore.
