You may have to work with people you don't get along with or like, and that's fine, but you have to behave professionally. That's what these people lack. Professionalism. Even Pallavi Rao made an unnecessary, disparaging comment during an SBS or SBB interview (along with SB) about Alice.
It's important to keep your personal feelings separate from your work.

I don't remember which one. She was talking about getting her phool is bacchi a.k.a Raavi back home and about how bholi she is. Simran then said, "Really?!", to which Pallavi replied ki aisa bolna padta hai.
