Ridiculous promo and storyline basis sounds so absurd.

The promo definitely looks absurd! I am very skeptical of the story line.But, I think the promo is misleading talk and the show might not be about COVID especially when issues are emerging from people believing in random rumors and coming up ridiculous solutions like drinking clorox will clear out covid. I don't think ekta is going to risk that.

But, there are so many conspiracy theories going around rival countries introducing the disease through water streams targeting the ecosystem of a particular region inorder to make it vulnerable enough to attack. I think rival area/ species might introduce a virus through water which will end up affecting the main leads family/ love interest so she will take her revenge from the culprits?! might be possible...

I don't think shivji is gonna send a naagin to battle a pandemic 😆

Can't say anything about Ekta, dude. Maybe she was actually aiming for controversy only because for sure if they show something like that on tv it'll be seen as making light of such a serious cause. Balaji wale kaafi sunne waale hain from the medical fraternity if they don't handle the issue sincerely.

Baki toh let's see, they're having press con on 8th Feb and will release a proper promo too then. We'll get a better idea about the actual storyline tab. Also 130 crores? 😲 I heard they have pretty big names like Sudha Chandran, Urvashi Dholakia, Mehek Chahal. Manit Joura too as a professor. He's good, I wish he was the male lead but whatevs I guess. Dekhte hain...

Maybe not COVID but some other pandemic caused by someone or an organization. Naagin will stop them. It's an interesting concept if they can bring out the realness or else it will be maha bakwaas. 😆

I am in sync with your views here.Even if there is a humongous budget of 130 crores the story would need to have better VFX with logical story-tracks.

The Screen-play along with the script needs to show the central character Naagin as some sort of an avenging Femme-Fatale with the right mix of emotions and romance between the lead pairs.Giving big big Titles like Sarvashresht or Aadi-Naagin won't automatically bring eyeballs to the show.

Can't comment on the current FL but I am not that much gung-ho about the ML.He is not a known face like the earlier actors who acted in the show before him.Arjun,Sharad or even Karanvir had proved their mettle before being drafted for the Naagin franchise.

Also even if the premise of the story is based on the Naagin protecting the world from a deadly virus attack what would be the antidote? Her Venom or the Medical Vaccine?

Agree, without good storyline and good VFX the show will not work... And judging by the first promos the VFX doesn't look that good.
