This get conveyed so many emotions without either one of them even saying anything. It was his way of apologizing to her for not being able to share anything yet and being so distanced. And, the way she gently held him back told him that she understands him and will be patient with him. Loved the way she smiled reassuring, showing him that she way okay. She does not want to add any stress for him. Up until now, we have seen Abhi comforting Akshu, but now we are seeing the roles reversed, and it's so beautiful... they are so lucky to have each other.
