there is. however, legal insanity differs severely from medical insanity. There is a presumption of sanity, and it has to be proved otherwise that she was having a breakdown/in a mental state where she wouldn't understand the consequences of signing. Mukku is largely stable, the only panic attack she had was during the DV track. So I think it's unlikely. I don't really expect makers to know all of this lol, it's a little technical. However, most papers signed all throughout this show were not of free consent (I mean again this can be argued) - and the makers pretended like it was all okay, so I don't really have a high bar when it comes to the legal technicalities on the show.
I don't expect Anuj's legal team to step in. We all know this will end up with Anupamaa saving the company with her bhashan/tricks idek. 🥴
