wohi na. he will not let her go and even if babita forces he will say no I will not give divorce.

On top of that even if parth cheated. there is a marriage certificate. which is true unlike letter. So even if hypothetically speaking he gets angry believes ki babita is right letter is correct and let her go. then also, anubha or daaadi will keep quiet and not say ki humne manushi ki saadi karaayi yeh certificate hai .
