yaar bahar thi.. tera update padha, phir ghar aake episode dekha (was not intending to see) but did as then only i can observe ad write.

Why should i assume that he has a game plan man?? Nothing was shown to me to indicate that so far. He is continuously shown as an emotional fool. I will take what is shown to me in face value now. I am not that intelligent to assume, lets assume!!

So today Anuj is a fool, period. He actually put his sister and his love in a big big ditch knowing that his sister has no brains to run a business and his love is toooooooooooo gooodddddddddddddd to save a business.

And this plot of showing a character as dumb (atleast to us) at first and then maybe maybe hatching a plan is too idiotic. Show the Audience something damn it!!

A story is made of multiple characters and each character has a role to play. In a good story telling every character at some time in point have the rights to shine. They have the rights to show their core trait, they have the rights to stand side by side the main character and prove that they are the strength too!!!

To overplay one character it is not necessary to underplay another character. Its a misnomous conception these writers have that to prove a point at times i have to show a character very smart (which he/she may not be) and at times super dumb or at times naive/foolish or at times an super duper emotional fool!!!

I have one question for the writers - Do you really know your characters???? In the sense do you know the core that you have taken the pains to establish with us viewers???? You had established ANuj as sensible, calm, capable to make sound decisions, and most imp and man having integrity in business and ethics.

I so agree with Bechain Bulbul that writers dont have the capability to write an Anuj centric track!!!! bec they think what ever can be done it needs to be done by Anupamaa and hence this character at times is very valid in her acts and at times she is passed on an naive, foolish, mahaan, talks too much, does not talk at al etc etc etc

Let me tell one thing to the writers - IT IS NOT ABOUT MONEY, IT IS NOT ABOUT AN EMOTIONAL BROTHER, IT IS NOT ABOUT WILLINGNESS TO GIVE AWAY EVERYTHING, IT IS NOT ABOUT LOVE, IT IS NOT ABOUT COMING TO THE STREETS.....NO.

IT IS ABOUT TIME, IT IS ABOUT PROTECTING YOUR LOVED ONES IN THE REAL SENSE, IT IS ABOUT BEING SMART, IT IS ABOUT BEING THAT SENSIBLE BUSINESSMAN.

YES, HE IS CAPABLE OF EARNING IT ALL BACK, BUT WHY SHOULD HE?????????? WHY SHOULD HE WASTE ANOTHER 10 YEARS TO BUILD AN EMPIRE???????? IS TIME A JOKE???????

TIME ONES LOST CANNOT COME BACK. 20+ YEARS OF HARD WORK CANNOT COME BACK, THE SECURITY THAT WAS ESTABLISHED FOR A LOVED ONE IS ON PLAY HERE!!!!

AND MOST IMP THING, BU HIS ACT TODAY, THE MONEY IS NOT ACTUALLY GOING TO HIS SISTER, IT IS BEING GIVEN TO A MANIPULATOR....PERIOD.

Which SMART Businessman does this????????? Which smart sensible man knowingly gives away everything that he has created for his sister to a Monster??????? This is why its said that make no decisions while you are angry, sad, or happy. Make a decision when you are not in an emotional state!!!

BY giving away everything he has even put his employees hard work on stake as per me. V can sack them off in a moment!!!

UTTER DISAPPOINTED WRITERS with you cliche plot!! To make Anupamaa shine today you killed the sensible Anuj Kapadia. I would have rooted if he would have given only portion to his sister, stepped down from the CEO post and made Anu the acting CEO by taking BOARD's concent!! This would have been a smart move. This would have allowed him to monitor everything from the back. This would have saved his hard sweat that eventually is for his sister. An emotional man is also sensible. An emotional man can also make correct decisions when it comes to his loved ones. An emotional man is also capable of not jeopardizing his whole hard earned TIME.

If you writers dont have any creativity, pls come here. We will give you ample ideas on how to write simple, smart plots!!!

IF HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER BACKUP PLANS, ANUJ THE BUSINESSMAN IS DOWN THE DRAINS FOR ME. ANU ADVISING HIM IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ME AT THIS STAGE BEC ANU IS NOT THAT CAPABLE. SHE YET HAS TO LEARN THE STEPS, CLIMB THE STEPS HERSELF.

TO GLORIFY ONE CHARACTER OR LETS SAY 2 CHARACTERS HERE, YOU GUYS HAVE CRUMBLED MULTIPLE OTHER CHARACTERS AND THEIR CORE IN A WAY.

G u know my take here. I am with you. I am actually pissed of that I have told DKP and Rajan Sahi abt what i feel. But i would request you to please let me know if i could share this them as well???

Hi G!

Mindblowing post first of all! 👏I agree with you. To think that the story is taking a hit all because of the makers obsession with one actor! To please that one person and giving his character unnecessary precedence and screen space, they are making a mockery of Anupama's character and now Anuj's as well. Let us not even mention the wrong message(s) they are giving to the audience in the process! Sheer wastage of talented actors like Gaurav and Rupali! And even Aneri, for that matter. Mukku's character arc was never clear to me. They tried and failed big time with the DV issue. Then they included a conversation between MaAn to show that she has been responding well to counselling but I can't see any positive changes in her. Now I feel like Anuj also needs counseling apart from her. Somebody needs to pull him out of that guilt trip, big time!

Hey :)

They think they can show all illogical stuff in the name ogmf emotions, this I don't agree. I maybe too emotional and love my folks to death, but that does not make.me a fool. I really fail to understand the writers intent here. Tye vibes and messages thrown at us all indicate that it's ok to be an emotional fool!!! After all it's money. It will come back again!! Let the villain win momentarily, we will turn around all this using a woman who still does not understand this cruel world.

Ok I might as well stop or else I will start scolding the writers again!!!

"To overplay one character it is not necessary to underplay another character."

You are right, G. This is a very basic rule of story writing and I wish the creatives would understand this. Supporting characters are as important as your main protagonist.

There is also a difference between behaving emotionally and behaving illogically. What they are showing Anuj doing is illogical and goes against every intrinsic character trait they have imbued him with. He feels he is a caretaker for the business on behalf of his sister who is the rightful owner in his mind. Fine. But, how is this point in time the correct one to hand it all over to her?! You know she is vulnerable and is in thrall to a monster, but yet you hand her the keys. His shocked expression when Anupama points that out makes things even worse. You really want the viewer to believe that Anuj had not considered that would happen?!

This track is like a lesson on how to butcher your own character in one fell swoop.

I like your suggestion of how the writers could have dealt with the handover (think there is a small typo in there... should it be Mukku in place of Anu?)

It is the blend of plausibility and imagination that engages a viewer and keeps them rooting for the characters. Escapism only works when there are elements of reality that underpin it.

And what kind of love is this to give all your hard earned money to your sister knowing fully well that she is not in the right frame of mind and an abuser is waiting to gobble it all up?! I really fail to understand the writers intent here. Tye vibes and messages thrown at us all indicate that it's ok to be an emotional fool!!! Exactly my point! They've been giving wrong messages from quite some time now. First they started using Anupama to grill it into the audience's minds that Vanraj is "the achcha beta, achchha pita" even though his behaviour with Samar and even bapuji was for everyone to see! It's like one after the other they've made all characters their mouthpieces just to glorify that vile creep including Devika who was otherwise the voice of sanity for Anupama. After all it's money. It will come back again!! Let the villain win momentarily, we will turn around all this using a woman who still does not understand this cruel world. Anupama herself needs someone like bapuji or Kinjal or Devika to take major decisions. It's sheer stupidity on their part if she turns out to be the one "saving" a business tycoon!

Ok I might as well stop or else I will start scolding the writers again!!! Please don't stop dear! They need to be shown the mirror! Though I don't know how far we can blame only the writers for this mess.

My comments in red.

Perfectly said Arshi, perfectly.

I want writers to read Sherlock homes and Poirot's stories to shoe plots in an intelligent manner. In those stories their though process to solve a mystery is shown to viewers. Viewers are all along with that man to solve, to think of possible happenstance, to think of characters involved and so on. We are not left to our assumptions and imaginations. That is story telling. Where we as viewers are not in the dark assuming day after day based on our intelligence what can happen or what should happen.

This is do cliche writing and no thought at all if I look at what they dished today.

It is his pet project. He could have given the sole resp to Anu, stepped down as the CEO, given muuku her rights and just be vigilant overall. Then step in more fully when it's bearing dooms day, meaning that he knows that day is not far at all and he is fully prepared. That js smartness. This also shows he is ready to sacrifice for right reasons but not wiling to throw all in the dustbin. Anu in office would have learnt how to handle. This would have been her learning and ofcoutse he is there in the back seat with her giving the required navigation. Wearing a chappal is am sorry to say just being a fool. This is not the need now.
