Karan, at this stage ,doesnt expect much from Monami.He is always surprised by her gestures because she is very open about her feelings/reactions.

But we need to understand one thing that walnut is not the villain here, he will not harm Monami cause he cares too much about his legacy and he will be a permanent hurdle.

He will surely make her choose, he knows only one thing and that’s emotional blackmailing and I think this time he will target karan.
