Yeh bahut badha step hoga inke relationship and individual characters ki growth mein bhi, so will have to see if they address it now in this Aneesh track

It could honestly go a lot of ways. Depend karta hai ki Karan use kitna mention karta hai.
If Karan kind of rubs it in, even in frustration or anger, toh haan, yeh ho sakta hai. But if Karan never mentions it again, toh shayad nahi.
