Shukla was also punching bag on DDT like Teja. He was criticized mostly on this forum like Teja after his win. His win was also controversial and criticized.
I was surprised to see so much criticism Shukla got after his win. I created a topic on forum dedicated to post every criticism I found on social media after Shukla win.
The topic ended with 34 pages and got more than 10,000 views on forum.

Teja drew almost 99% hate be it sm,redit like forums …with sidharth it was like 50-50

That is your POV and upset fans who hate Teja same as POV of viewers who hated Shukla.
But there are majority who knew Shukla before Biggboss, who liked him for his work before he came to Biggboss loved him on the show and supported him.
Similarly there are majority who knew Teja before Biggboss, who liked her for her work before she came to Biggboss loved her on the show and supported her.
Even though at times Teja messed up in her journey, I still enjoyed watching Teja more than watching Shukla on the show.
I found Teja better than Shukla. It is my POV.
