Like many others mentioned in this thread, it's hard to believe that Ram is in love with Priya. The way he acts around Vedika is like he still believes that there's something there, and that he can rekindle that relationship.

Well, at this stage he has not realized his love for Priya. He needs her and he is attracted to her. Sometimes you live with a person and you get used to it. He also wants to prove her dad wrong. If he leaves her, he will be like her dad, isn't it? He knows that Priya had a bitter past. Ram always from the beginning considered this marriage as real. Now when the accident happens, he will realize how much Priya means to him. By the way, I am not Team Ram, just being his voice for today

I think that he doesn’t much care about vedika, and definitely not more than priya… he isn’t worried about vedu at all…or he is thinking of shivi and Akki and Priya’s involvement in this mess…

may be he was thinking 🤔 about how vedu told him about sashi,and sashi admitting that he is a bad husband and Priya questioning about how he should have given her the Benifit of doubt,about letting vedu staying in km.

You can be friends with your ex and it can be very healthy too. Sometimes your ex understands you way better than your other friends. Ram is now only conscious about it in front of Priya and her family. This will come out soon and Ram will correct himself ie when Priya comes to know about Ram/Vedika relationship.

Contrary to what somehow many believe on the Forum right now, Ram isn't really up for rekindling Romance with Vedika- But she's been a habit & a good friend.

During Shivina-Sid Breakup too, he went to talk to Vedika & she advised him emotionally to support his sister's love so that atleast someone in the family gets True love ( unlike theirs). The emotional bond & how he looks upto her won't go immediately after 2 decades.

On the other hand, Priya even though his wife has just come into the picture. It'll take time for him to understand their relationship with what Nandini keeps on feeding him'bt Priya's nature & understandings of 'Family' .
