Marriage comes with it's own pros and cons. Can't really say what outweighs the other.
It's a person's own choice honestly and should not be forced upon them. It also depends what your priorities are.
Some people prefer loneliness. Some want to focus on their career and feel that marriage responsibilities would distract them which is true.
It also depends what kind of partner you have. If they are supportive, they would make your life better, but you don't know for sure what kind of person you will end up with until it's too late. Divorce is another complicated matter which I don't want to get into.
As girls we get easily attached to our partners and become emotional, we are unable to focus on other things and that's why it becomes so hard to break free.
My personal view is that at some point in life--if not now, then later--everyone does get lonely and needs a partner who they can share their highs and lows with. Someone they can build a family with. Someone who waits for them to come home when they are late or caught up somewhere. Someone who worries for them when they are in trouble. This is especially the case when you get old and your parents would not be with you anymore, and your siblings would get busy with their own marriage and family.
Then again, like I said, it depends on your own priorities in life and what type of partner you have. Everyone's situation is different.
