Dhadkan is already following this model. I am waiting for Fanaa's first episode to know whether it is following too or not because actors keep saying we shot this we shot that and never say we are shooting. I doubt Fanaa is also finite series like Dhadkan kyunki Dhadkan ko sabne infinite socha thaa but after first episode went on air we came to know its finite.
