she is not lying dear… Daadi fully believed that during wedding… yes Manushi later showed her evil side but she still thinks that she ran away for Meet H …

Yes Dadi did not know that Manushi ran away for Kunal. She thought Parth was the one to return her back and then they fell in love living under the same roof.
