Honestly, I don’t remember the show including kitchen politics bc Imlie was the house-help while Malini was the cherished bahu. Malini, a good cook, offered to help but Aparna & Radha would say it’s already taken care of by Sundar & Imlie. Moti Roti came about bc Imlie didn’t know how to cook but to stay as useful help in the house, while AC and Adi were trying to rid of her, she made these large rotis. Aparna and Radha felt Adi would hate them bc they’re too big and thick but Imlie said it’ll keep him full. Adi eats them, unknowing that Imlie had made them (bc yano, he hates her for ruining his life), and loved them. & thus Moti Roti became their thing.

the kitchen stuff was lightly touched upon when Malini started trying to win Adi back while pretending to be “only a friend”. Thankfully, Imlie, the show, doesn’t waste much time on this standard track of iTV

- Also, another powerful scene. This is great and the makers are finally showing Imlie standing up and choosing her own battles. Also, glad to see how they have designed Aryan's character.

That one year of hurt and Aryan's indirect (and direct) support has made her so strong that she no longer needs a man to protect her. Even when she does need help she doesn't ask for it cause she wants to figure things out herself.

Aryan supports her decisions (no matter how idiotic they can be) and let's her take charge like a true partner. However, when the time comes he will step in to take charge when Imlie is not able to handle it. True partnership here... just love this ❤️❤️.
