They negotiate and are bound by contract.

Shivangi was paid only 50k ? without increments? that is bad.

i heard few years back that yeh hai mohabatein serial cast ( which was famous star cast of balaji) got 1.5 lakh per epi nd that was 4-5 years ago...and that news comes in abp news
