I really adore how Akshara Singhania/Maheswari was always protected and very well taken care of in the family including her sasumaa.

Sometimes her saas was sweeter than her Ma and Akshara dadi was such a sweetheart, Akshara then was sabke aankhon ka taara⭐️.

Even when she had trouble with Naitik all the adults were respectfully talking and worked like a team to help the couple reconcile.

Always the saas and the elders set the tone of the discussions in the house to be very cordial and humane. They had their disagreements but were never scheming or screaming against each other and there was no bad blood between them.

I used to feel like witnessing a real rajasthani joint indian family setting and the serial had always left a feel good factor surprisingly the leads were never getting along well offscreen, still they could recreate the magic onscreen of a happily married couple.

In 2009 when the serial began I was a new mum relocated from the US to India having to live in a family where there's no saas(It was 😔difficult to live without another female in the house) YRKKH helped me overcome the loneliness with a one year old and I used to think if I have a daughter I will take care of her like how the family look after Akshara.

I stopped watching the serial after moving to UK as I became busy with my daughter ff 13 years now my daughter is 10, I restarted watching season 3, honestly this one is no match for the OG, I feel pity for Akshara Goenka and now I pray no girl should ever have to go through the trauma this girl is being put through.

They should brighten up her character and give her a spine and let her be more assertive and please show the tact of Akshara Singhania in her.

Akshara Singhania with her innocence and tact has solved many problems. She was soft spoken, docile, considerate and is very kind hearted like Akshara Goenka.

Akshara Singhania was never a helpless damsel in distress😭 tortured by an egomaniacal evil half sister😈.

Softness is a power of women not a deficiency and that should be epitomised. Can't understand why Akshara Goenka is so confused, timid and scared to stand up for truth.

The character Akshara Singhania left a profound positive impact on me with her enthusiasm towards doing the mundane chores like folding clothes, cooking, cleaning for festivals, wet towels left on the bed and husband getting home late due to work and missed dinner dates as a result are all relatable things to my real life and it brought in a new perspective and help me adjust well in my new life.o

Importantly people who watch a serial try to relate with the FL, but here the poor thing has no life other than empty laugh😒 and everybody feels OMG not me🤢

Different times then and now. Season 1 probably covered a lot of things that would sort of be a rehash for season 3. But then again most shows recycle similar plot points and such. Season 3 is definitely filled with more drama. Some understandable some ridiculous. I am hoping this Akshara Goneka will have a proper character arch to be less timid and grow a back bone. She comes from a lineage of strong women on her maternal side (Naira and OG Akshara)

I agree I think this season just doesn’t feel realistic? Like season 1. The way some characters behave is off putting. The whole charm of YRKKH was that it was not like other shows …it portrayed more reality
