My thoughts on today:

Aryan's flashbacks upon being offered sindoor were interesting. Initially I thought, he's thinking about revenge and how there will be no marriage for him until he gets his badla. But I think it's actually about Arpita and her loss of sindoor. I found it beautiful actually.

I love Aryan's reaction to Imlie's tears today: "Why you gotta cry like that on me girl? You know I can't take it!"

Imlie walking to that hut, intentionally, and assuming the risk. Aryan "with her". Beautiful!

The way they show Aryan opening the doors, these two walking in together, and then Aryan closing the doors. The note of finality is there, but not in an ominous way. They are in this together. Beautiful!

My favourite scene is Imlie chasing after Aryan with her pyar and Aryan running for all he's worth. Like did he actually hold up a giant stick to try and scare her off? 🤣. But ofcourse destiny awaits and one day he'll want to embrace Imlie in all her chasing after him with a sweet potato glory.

This episode was just too damn cute and I'm going to rewatch a few times now 👀👀🥰

I still don’t think shaadi will happen during this PD trip … you can’t give a panty-dropping supportive monologue like that & succumb to the villagers. Imlie’s changed, too. She has her fears but since Aryan’s entry, she’s been working to fight them.

she acquiesced to going into the hut, it was her decision for the most part, this time. The sindoor was actively thrown on her by Aryan compared to the Aditya’s sindoor being blown all over her by wind a year ago. Direct vs Indirect.

Additional note: some say sindoor is a sign of shagun if it falls on you … with Aryan directly throwing it at Imlie, it could symbolize that he will be the bringer of good tidings… happiness, new hopes and aspirations 🥰

Aryan also understood why Imlie fears the hut and its consequences (s/n: thought I entered a supernatural show with all the sound effects & stuff 😆) - he didn’t rubbish them as goan tales like Aditya seemed to. Aryan is taking Imlie seriously whereas Aditya didn’t quite grasp the severity of the situation 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m pleasantly surprised by the understanding they still maintain, there’s no screeching or misplaced blame from Imlu, so I think Aryan’s initial motivations will be a drop in the ocean for them. It won’t matter in the grand scheme of things bc Imlie is getting to know Aryan. Aryan is not just a stranger, anymore. But I already gave short post on that viewpoint of mine 😆

Fun tidbit: my dad was saying the wind was so strong but Aryan is strong enough to withstand it 🧐whereas my mom quickly chimed in - “well, yes, he’s strong” both our faces = ☺️ my dad’s = 🤪
