This was not a papped pic. She and the child were at a public match, in public view. Virat pointed to the baby. Cameras panned to mother and child.

This was not a simple outing for mom and kid where paps ran after them and got the pic.

When parents take the child to a media event and actually point to her, it's not the same as taking her out in public for routine things and expecting not to be papped.
