Because they have and will always be a public tamasha and free entertainment. Everything with ShiVi has always been in the open, be it mandir track, the fight before the proposal on the terrace, the embryo kaand to name a few. Few people have to come and intervene between them, trigger some things, then verbal angry exchanges happen eventually resulting in one of them walking off angrily. Or both of them sometimes.
