There was a differentiation made btwn his role and purpose in PD, and he stayed within the line of that duty. Imlie was just his guide in the end. Aryan has connected straight. He has shed his titles and pretenses… his purpose of being there aligns with Meethi’s goal - keep people safe. He brought himself level with Meethi whereas Adi viewed the villagers with a bias. They were the species to capture on film, the type to make a profit over the sehri-babu, a means to an end (fulfilling his PD interview). At times it seemed like he pitied them. It’s interesting bc the journalist didn’t immerse himself with the people while Boss Babu has. It took Adi months to reach the level Aryan has in mere hours.

ps : I still don’t think marriage will happen. I think AryLie are going to give these abandoned-hut-hating, marriage-crazy peoples, grief. Aru and Imlie look less than amused. It should be noted that Imlie isn’t the scared, unwily, young girl from the beginning of the series.

And yes, I also really really doubt a forced marriage. Imlie and Aryan come out looking fierce that's for sure.

Imlie was helping Adi to get someone IV. While returning they saw girls going to some Milan Mela.. n Adi insisted that he wants to go there.. first she refuse n ask him to go alone.. but later gives in.. there is see that sindoor n expresses that he too would love to buy one for Malini. Imliebtakes him to that Mandir.. symbolism bhi tha.. adi ka sindorr uske Imlie pe pura ranga that due to wind .

It's starts Raining n they had to take shelter in that Hut.. but it was her Nani to gathers all gaosnwala n go there.. n insists on marriage.. basically she wanted to get rid of imlie's responsibllity.. goanwala tries to hit them. Adi tries to reason with the.. but they tie him to the tree.. n were going to kill him when Imlie comes to his rescue n agrees to marry him

it was definitely that. She was telling Imlie to use something to anchor to & gain strength. I truly loved her dialogue about the world being harsh, that it will steal everything, but it shouldn’t steal one’s ability to hope. It shouldn’t shatter your faith in oneself or a higher power. While Meethi was talking to Imlie, it was so obvious that Aryan was feeling this on a deep level. Being a viewer, knowing his background, I felt for him. These are words he probably needs to hear, despite his personal strength and support system, just as reflective therapy.

someone else mentioned this - but I think Imlie’s belief that Adi is out there somewhere versus Malini’s defeated countenance will speak volumes. Like C said, once Adi is back from his vacay …new look and new attitude 😆 …I don’t know how these reactions from Dev’s seeds will be wieghed by him.

Last time bhi... Before that Hut scene in mandir she was covered with Sindoor from the one which Adi was holding in thal.. though it got washed away with rain🤣
