Jamshed’s unprofessional conduct

In the first episode they show that Jamshed doesn’t want Deepika in his hospital. In his spite he first researches on her and gets Vikrant to take a session on Emergency procedures. When it doesn’t work out he offers a job to Vikrant in his hospital. 

Now in the latest promo he appoints Aditi to the hospital solely on the fact that she is Vikrant’s wife. 

What about qualification ? Experience? Salary discussions ? 
most importantly, he didn’t even check if he needs a person of her speciality in his hospital 

they took creative liberty for the show

he just wants to annoy deepika and likely pc will handle it if she is a bad doctor

but it’s annoying. When he takes credit and stuff. That’s all plausible but going to the extent of recruiting people just to get another staff to walk away is so stupid. And here he didn’t do it once but twice.

No he didn’t know that  Aditi is Vikrant’s wife.

He even said also if you would’ve told me that you are Vikrant’s wife I wouldn’t have taken this interview.

She got job on her own merit.
