Priyanka Chopra’s Baby Arrives 12 Weeks Early, She Wasn’t Ready!

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have welcomed their first child via surrogacy. The couple had always wanted a child but due to their busy work schedules, they didn’t get a chance. And therefore, they opted for surrogacy. The baby was due in April and the couple had planned to finish off their work commitments by then. But the surrogate delivered the baby prematurely on Sunday.

A report claims that the baby and the surrogate are currently in hospital and Nick and Priyanka are waiting for the baby to be healthy enough to move to a hospital in Los Angeles. The report also reveals that the couple was not ready to welcome the baby yet. An international news portal quoted its source as, “Priyanka had been trying to get her filming all done before the baby was due in April – but obviously this has completely thrown her plans.”

Priyanka and Nick’s busy lives were the reason why they opted for surrogacy in the first place. The source said, “Priyanka doesn’t have any fertility issues preventing her from having a baby, but she is 39 now so it’s not getting any easier.”

He further told, “Their busy work schedules also mean that it’s difficult for them to physically be together to conceive when she is ovulating, so some time ago they went down the surrogacy route.”

Priyanka was last seen in the American film ‘The Matrix Resurrections’ which is the fourth installment of the popular franchise ‘The Matrix’. She has also signed a Bollywood film titled ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ helmed by Farhan Akhtar.

That's really sad. 12 weeks too early, lungs just formed and baby might be on ventilator for breathing. Hope baby gets well soon...
