It looks Imlie is feeling dizzy and Aryan holding . May be after the mishap Imlie might have gone unconscious and when she regained it she is running to know about whereabouts . Aryan is bandaged but same shirt which means nothing serious happened with him and will console Imlie and be her support system.

In my lala land, Imlie was overjoyed and relieved that Aryan is safe, and she kissed him. Hence her eyes are closed and he is shocked š
