As far as I know Vikas doesn't like Teja.

Vikas is very diplomatic anyway. But he did a little stint with Teja and by his behavior it was pretty evident he doesn't like her at all.

here in the beginning of interview he is saying teja is his friend and near mid he says a toxic relationship happens from both end.
