just bcos,someone tested negative it doesnt mean they wont test positive again.my relative got covid during travel- 10 days quarantine. he/she had to travel back ,so took pcr.it was negative.after reaching his/her country.another pcr was required and tested positive again within span of 48 hrs.
Not to distract from the rest of your post, I don't think there's an actual living baby that they're shooting with. Just like in other shows, its probably recycled footage that's been edited in.
