With the over million fans that the cast of pandya store have (excluding kdice) and assuming that none of these are crossover fans (i.e only following the one person and are real people with only one account on sm😜) I'd like to see how far their online ratings, and viewership goes if all (close to 700k, including Bots) shivi fans decide to go mute across all platforms and stop watching the show, even if it's just for a week (anyone want to partake in a social experiment?)

They are making this show for the TRP audience who they think will accept this regressive storyline, guess what the makers are being rejected them as well.

If the TRP audience has accepted why is the rating not going up and stuck at 1.9 for 6 weeks straight instead they are pouring their live, support and encouragement to Anupama, which also has some regressive content but equally progressive, social oriented messages (from what I have read here) That’s the kind of show the audience are willing to see, a balance of everything, not the know we get here,

It is futile even to make the writers/actors understand as they will not get it and have no intentions of taking any feedback, be it positive or negative.
We are inly wasting our time by watching this show.😔

Prema we don't contribute to the trp nor i guess the online viewership (since hotstar is made available via a third party in america, Canada, uk - im guessing both online and on the TV? and star plus on tv here in Aus but it's not available online)

Atleast not in the US because SP and its sister channels/ all Star regional channels and Hotstar USA has been bought by Disney. All of the content is now through Disney related channels and apps. We might not contribute to the TRPs but US residents contribute to online ratings for sure as we get direct content, not through a third party,

Aah this i did not know... Makes sense... Is there no comment section on Disney for episode reviews?

There is, but Disney being American company not sure how much of it they pass on reviewers comment but they worked hard to get the episodes released at the same time as Hotstar India which was based on US viewers repeated complaints that episodes are being uploaded little later than the Indian counterpart.
The customer service rep ( an American) I chatted with said, they can work towards to releasing the episodes on time but they have no say on the content shown as it is coming from India but said she would be happy to take the feedback and pass it on to Hotstar India, which again is only a subsidiary and not the actual people running the channel.

Akshays comment abt small town kids showed thats what they think. The trp giving viewers or target audience are small town people..so showing regressive stuff which could be relatable to them to some extend..but never showing any positive progression..all thanks to their wonderful writing....,maybe the small town people as he calls, along with the others would sum upto give 1.9 rating..but without any progression they have nothing good to serve.. even for them who has to suffer these regressive mentalities for real..

No.1 show inspite of its own short comings is the most progressive show of Sitara and no other show is able to even give competition.

It simply shows people aren't interested in regressiveness and toxicity.

I remember how few EDTs back we talked about V being whitewashed but fans got soo annoyed and said whatnot things

But see V isn't being whitewashed he is shown wrong.

They too show nonsense stuffs but they balance it and progressive, positivity and nice people and thoughts wins unlike the shit our show serves.

Mohit is back on shoot, Kinshuk is there too.
