As far as I know, the entertainment industry runs based on audience. You have to ignore or you can't work peacefully. And honestly, pretty much every character is bashed on Twitter, including Shiva-Raavi; performances are appreciated (Kruttika, Kinshuk, KD, Alice, Simran, Mohit, Pallavi) and criticised (Shiny, Akshay).

This whole thing just seems to be a molehill turned into a mountain for their benefit!

Exactly my point, they've turned a mole hill into mountain, this is a part of the entertainment industry. In flight vala show on rang the producer couple were trolled badly but they are experienced professionals who knew they have signed to it ( except abusive comment specially on personal life) they understood what audience wanted and accordingly moulded the story, but PS makers doesn't cares about the audience feedback and that actually frustrates the audience

As a celebrity, you are constantly in the spotlight, and your behaviour, actions & now SM posts are all scrutinised. You have entered this industry where your professional lives are judged publicly. Bad reviews, criticisms, dislikes are all going to be there. No one person or their performance is liked universally. You have to accept that and move on.

What I dnt understand is he is calling out on trolls or bad language?..trolls then I disagree with him..but language..he is right..it is never OK to abuse someone swearing at them..

Absolutely! I used to watch that show (extremely stupid), everyone ranted and raved about it all, constant fandom wars, but no one from the cast or crew got involved. And these fandoms were vicious!!

If they really think the critisism will stop with this then LOL

I have never abused anyone , I watch a show , pay for it , I have a platform to discuss the show

I think it was the language. Both the video & caption emphasise on it.
