I did too & thankfully the hug didn't look awkward, they chose to show from right angle, bts mein it looked hell awkward.

Also Monami's breakdown was great, Kaveri is fabulous in emotional scenes.

The commando vs lover aspect that you mentioned was so evident in this scene.
