Did anybody figure how Mami knew that Rishita started working angain and where did she find out, rather rumor that Rishita is having an affair with her boss?

I am trying to wrap my head around this and cannot figure it out.

Did Motiben ask Mami to tell Suman all these things? Now that Anita told her the truth that Motiben was the main person behind the plan, did Mami befriend her as well like Anita?
