More than Kanwar’s looks, I love his voice and expressions ❤️

His voice is always clear (like even when he is drunk or whispering or saying something random, his voice is always balanced/ well-modulated)- one can judge his expressions from his voice…

Also, I really like the way he speaks english words, I mean it sounds effortless…

It was fear mixed with a tad bit of longing and of course confusion. He was scared that his wife was going to have a bond with his brother which may be, stressing at MAY, better than what they've had all their childhood. Longing because somewhere down the line after she put herself up on the railing to jump off the roof, because of the drama between him and Maami he'd been surprised/overwhelmed/scared and couldn't show his emotions openly with all the 'MaamiKiBehenKiBeti' thing he'd been reciting since years. Confusion above all to be feeling so many things for someone who he never thought could make a place for herself in his heart, beyond annoyance, subconsciously of course, because she had always been there. Residing in the crevices of his heart. ❤️

I am not on twitter, so I will give my photo analysis here. For me, it reflects two things:-

1) a sense of inferiority complex (not jealousy but envy).

2) the bottom left picture showing a bit of satisfaction and relief that she is mine but a sense of fear along with it…

I also like the little nuance where he adds a slight accent when he speaks on screen vs. off screen. It adds a little more of a rough edge to his character.

Hatane ki koi jaroorat nahi Ritu😆! Love how you interpreted his emotions from that scene❤️! The first time I watched it, out felt like jealousy but not, and I couldn't understand what the hint of fear in his eyes was all about. Shiva back then would keep making references to their childhood, you know? His whole response to the Ajnabee thing has just shifted into a much more beautiful context after today's scene...

PS KD!!!!!!! What an actor he is, in retrospect! To have understood his character and give so many extra layers that when they've dropped something like a past Shivi friendship on us, it still makes so much sense!
