When he got married to Imlie even though it was a forced one, he should had some kind of respect for her. But nope, he went and dropped her outside a hostel and said never to try to contact him. She was 18 year old girl, one who hasn't stepped a foot outside of her village till that day.

Then someone from her village had come following her and saw that Aditya had washed his hands off her but when he was forcing her to go back with him, Aditya came and fought with that fellow. I was like yes, but then he took her to his house technically her house too and made her a servant there.

Forced her for work as a servant in that house. Forced her to watch himself getting married to someone else. Forced her to accept her reality. And when she did accept everything, he suddenly fell for her. And forced that love on her even though he was married to someone else (a person with whom he had been in 'love' with for 7 years).

And so so so many other things.

Aah ok..basically he kept mum where he should have spoken up. I don't remember which show this dialogue belongs to .."Pyar padna aasaan hai lekin use nibhana bahut mushkil" ..something along those lines. Even though I didn't know the backstory, this is why I couldn't fully tag Malini as evil. Her current situation was moulded from her experiences..the injustice meted out to her. She was taken in for a ride by Aditya. He even went ahead and married her. Then fell in love with Imlie leaving her to dry. And her mum added ghee and kerosene to the fire. Not giving her a free pass. Just saying, it was avoidable to a large extent..if only he would have made up his mind..Oh, all is well that ends well.If not for him, our Aryan wouldn't have made it to the screen Speaking of which , I wonder if the makers always had it in mind to introduce a second hero..or was it cuz of GM's unavailability?
