No way. Your view is still counted even if you skip the ad. Just one view is counted from one account that's it.

If your video gets thousands of views but no one watches or clicks the ad, you won’t make any money. This is because of YouTube’s criteria for billing advertisers: a viewer must click an ad or watch the ad in full (10, 15, or 30 seconds) for you to get paid.

Exactly. Prateek told every information that would help him earn profits. Even if you don't play the entire video and watch it for few seconds, your view still gets counted.

So count increase but Prateek won’t make money is that what u mean??
And also from same Id if we give gap and watch will views increase ?

Haan Sonali... Even I am thoda sa pissed... I have also been toggling between id's and devices to give the views ... par seeing absolutely no promotion or even acknowledgement of the fans efforts by Saishi is demotivating...it feels like , if they don't care why should we..even we have loads to do throughout the day...
