Same here, same here😆! I know nothing but the basics of cooking, recently tried to make dal, and then rasam has become a success now. Chutney's except coconut chutney are good as well...

But tomato rice is close to the heart! Also, a local dish where they cook a dal and rice together, but tastes very similar to tomato rice....
