So I fast forwarded through the epi...honestly couldn't take it. But I feel this is staged by Vikrant, he is already aware of Abhay's feelings and playing cards to instigate him. Abhay kyun phas raha hai...this is going to be bad for him and Deepika won't even trust him!

He wants to cement that image of Abhay being obsessive and jealous will play the promo card and this will further distance Abhay from Deepika. He has noted Abhay's attempts to reach her. He has trapped his prey and he just doing everything to keep it. Won't be surprised if PC will be next on the list.

I think that's exactly what's happening too. Even if it was someone else in Abhay's position, a female friend, he would have done the same. He knows Abhay has a softer spot so he has an edge here as well where he can prove him obsessive. Basically keep her away from everyone and she only has him.
